Ok, so we all like to be a bit naughty every now and then, its great fun!

But there is nothing worse then when you are getting ready for a bit of titilation than realising that your toy is out of commission!! There are many reasons why your favorite toy may stop working, and while this is a very sad occasion there a few easy things you can do to keep your items in tip top working condtion for many years service to come! lol.

Here are a few tips we have put together after ‘working’ with toys for sooo many years,,, can you call it work if you really enjoy it?? yeap……

· DO NOT use rechargeable batteries at ANY time, they are different sizes and can get stuck in your toys, they can leak, explode and are not as powerful as other batteries.

· Use Alkaline batteries – Lithium can be too powerful and burn the motor of your toys out, thus shortening the life of your toys. The best ones are extra heavy duty types.

· Do not fully submerge non-waterproof toys in water!!

· Clean your toys with a Antibacterial liquid soap. For extra cleaning use a antibacterial spray.

· Use condoms if you share toys and disinfect thoroughly after each shared use.

· Some Silicone Waterproof toys can be boiled to sterilise, check the directions on the box for each toy.

· Silicone toys are long lasting and durable but keep them away from sharp objects, a small nick can quickly turn into a large tear.

· Cyberskin Toys should be cleaned with warm water and mild soap after each use. Tip some of the powder supplied into the palm of one hand and then rub the toy through the powder, rotating the toy as you go to coat it fully. Cornstarch can also be used on cyberskin toys.

· Silicone lubricants are fine for skin on skin contact and non silicone toys.

· VicheVIP recommends that you use only water based lubricants with Silicone & Latex toys.

· Use a lubricant to keep things sliding and more pleasurable.

· Keep your toys apart from each other, different materials can interact and melt into each other. Satin bags are recommended to store your toys safetly.

· Store all your toys in a cool dry place. excessive moisture and heat will cause damage to your toys.

· Vibrators with cords should not have their cords tugged on, always grab the toy or control only.

· Remove the batteries if you use your toy less than once a week.

· Do not leave your toys in a hot place as they melt in high temperatures. (especially not in a car!!)

· Refrigerate ALL body paints, sauces etc.

· Keep a spare set of batteries handy at all times, nothing worse than going flat at the wrong moment!!

· Do not use old remote control batteries, there is NOT enough charge in them. Use your old toy batteries in your remotes instead!!!

· All our toys were battery tested before being purchased. If you toy does not work when you get it home, re-read these steps and retry the tips. If still does not work, please contact us for further instructions!!

· Use a small amount of lubricant on vibes that slide into sleeves such as in kits, this will help the sleeves slide on & off easily without suction becoming to great, making the sleeve stick fast.
